Founded in 2019 in Richmond, BC, CEC Accounting & Advisory Corp. is led by Chartered Professional Accountants with Big Four and industry experience. Our mission is to bring Big-Four quality and strategic insight to growing public companies at a fraction of the cost.
About Us
CEC was founded on a simple principle: public companies deserve a reporting partner who combines deep technical expertise with real-world industry experience. After more than two decades working with publicly listed companies through audit, technical advisory, and senior industry roles, Eason Chen, CPA recognized the need for a service model built on clarity, efficiency, and consistently high-quality reporting.
CEC was created to provide exactly that — a reliable, senior-level resource that clients can count on.
CEC now serves clients from $5M to $7B across mining, energy, and technology, delivering investor-ready reporting without unnecessary complexity or cost.
